Teamwork simulator

​Agent-based simulator designed as a digital twin of teamwork in open collaboration settings, such as innovation hackathons. The tool simulates three different team formation models, namely bottom-up team formation where users self-organize with minimal algorithm intervention, top-down, and hybrid team formation. With a broad range of parameters, the tool permits decision-makers to tailor it to their team formation needs, use the existing models or add their own, and evaluate the effectiveness of a team building approach prior to implementing it on real-world settings.
